Considering the presence of safeguarded secular olive trees, the design choice fell on the model of the courtyard building, which is characterized by the proximity of several small buildings and by the continuous white wall that surrounds them while designing the adjacent spaces. The continuity of the wall is interrupted only in some points to become a large window overlooking the olive grove. The internal courtyard is accessed via an entrance from which the access road to the various structures branches off. The use of renewable materials and ecological and bioclimatic solutions is preferred and the chromatic solutions adopted are compatible with the environment, avoiding strong contrasts in favour of the surrounding’s colors and the natural pigments. The volumes, in their geometric rigor, are all characterized by sharp slits that form external stairs to access the panoramic terraces.
